Ellen joined Patoka Capital in February 2025 as the HR Manager, bringing a dynamic career journey that began as an HR assistant and culminated in a role as an HR Business Partner across diverse industries, including manufacturing, agriculture, and healthcare.

Balancing work and education, Ellen earned her B.S. In Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Oakland City University in 2018. Driven by a passion for human resources, she furthered her expertise by obtaining the SHRM-CP certification in January 2022 and is currently pursuing her MBA with a focus on Human Resources Management, with an anticipated graduation in Fall 2025.
